STLodge staff assisted the Custom Department
On 19 September 2024, we hosted staff from the Customs Department. This visit provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge on dormitory management and learn how they address issues related to duty-unpaid cigarettes, alcohol, and drugs. The insights shared were invaluable and will help us enhance our management practices to ensure a safe and compliant living environment for all residents
We are pleased to update you on the progress of the Ensuite Toilets and Upgrading Project as of the end of September 2024. Clusters 1 and 2 have reached substantial completion, and we are currently in the process of obtaining certification from the relevant authorities. Work on Clusters 3 and 5 is also progressing smoothly. We aim to complete the remaining clusters by the second quarter of 2025.

STL hosted the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) as part of our common goals in engaging workers through interview sessions over 2 Sundays. Feedback from workers allows MOM to formulate better policies to improve living and working
condition for all Migrant Workers.
